This morning I was still feeling slightly sick but decided against calling out sick from work. I would say I was sick but not really, really contagious sick. My voice however, still sounds froggy. It seems like everytime I get sick my voice is the last thing to recover.

DAILY COMMUTE:
I walked down to the light rail stop instead of taking the bus down. Doing this made me on time to catch the light rail train for work. So I was on time for work this morning!

THIS WEEKS BIG GOAL:
My goal this week is to acquire tickets to Virgin Fest. I really want to go so that I can see The Who. I suppose I am doing this is to make up for missing The Rolling Stones. Also I am doing this because my iPod is chock full of Who songs. I have always liked them. Besides it would cool to tell the grandkids (OK, I'm 36 and I have no kids) that yes I saw Pete Townshend destroy his guitar live and in person! Heck, kids, I even I got hit with some guitar shrapnel!

Besides The Who I want to see my all time favourite new band of the 00's, The Killers. I also want to see Jack White's new band, The Raconteurs, as well as Wolfmother, New Pornographers, Drive By Truckers. Thievery Corporation, Gnarls Barkley, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.WHAT I'M WEARING:
Today I have on a black button down sweater, blue jeans, and a short sleaved blue striped blouse, along with Reebok walking shoes.
