This morning it was rainy and I was running late. So I did the best thing I knew, I took a cab to the light rail. The driver I got today as an African man. He had WPOC on. WPOC is a country radio station. Throughout the ride an uptempo song by Montgomery Gentry was playing. It was just so surreal. It should be noted that despite this weird juxtaposition of cultures I made it to work on time!!!

92Q's BIG PHAT MORNING SHOW SOON TO BE GONE?
Recently, I read on the DCRTV site that the uber successful Mark Clark and the Big Phat Morning Show would be replaced on September 12th with a whole new morning lineup. I am simply shocked by this! I can not believe that they would give them the shaft after such a long and successful run. Not to mention the fact that the Big Phat Morning Show was recently nominated for a whole slew of industry awards.

I suppose I will have to wait until next Tuesday to see if the Big Phat Morning Show is gone or if this all was just a nasty rumor.

Today, I have on jeans on a tie-dyed like short sleeve turqouise shirt. The shoes I have on are Dr. Scholls walking shoes.
