The Adventures and Misadventures of a Neer Do Well Artist Living in Baltimore. |

About Me
I am a visual artist and writer living in Baltimore. I don't have any artist friends. Frankly, artists scare me, there so darn flaky. The above picture is either of me or proof that I'm a pretty decent artist. My goal is to be a self sufficient artist, whereas I wouldn't have to do something else in the day in order to eke out an existence. I also like to attend various cultural events around town. I go to plays, the symphony, etc. Also, I have Asperger's Syndrome. I found this out recently and it has explained a heck of a lot as to why I am as I am.

Saturday, November 17, 2007 SATURDAY TV on the Internet I guess I like any show that features vampire detectives (Moonlight, Angel, Forever Knight) and time travel, (Journeyman, Doctor Who, Quantum Leap, Early Edition, Voyager!). The perfect show for me would be about an angst ridden time traveling vampire. Who has a snarky vampire friend ala (Spike(angel/buffy the vampire slayer) and that blond guy with a buzz cut from Forever Knight) and Josef from Moonlight) Must have a human female companion ala all of Doctor Who. I think the snarky vampire friend is essential. This afternoon I watched Dirty, Sexy, Money. I do not understand the point of Blair Underwoods character, Simon Elder, being from Russia. This teeny little detail I can not connect with. Why Russia? Why not from Africa or the hood? There are barely any blacks in that country. The ones who are there are primarily the decendents of African American expatriots who decided to move there because they felt that they would have a better chance of success in a Communist country. If you read the Communist Manifesto it does sound pretty good on paper but fails in reality. Its just that one character that I do not understand his motivation. Will we find out he’s Skip’s illegitimate son or nephew or something like that. I do not understand the grudge? Its all so puzzling but not in a good way. Next I watched Pushing Daisies. It was brilliant as usual. God! J’adore Pushing Daisies! Its pure perfection! Loved that there was an actress from Doctor Who in it, Christine Adams. She played the black reporter from the space station in the Docor Who episode called, The Long Game. On this episode of Pushing Daisies she did a good job of playing a dominitrix-esque dog trainer. Looks like Ms. Adams is really talented and has good agent too! WALKING LOG
